Hi,

I bought MPX2202A Si Pressure Sensor in case 344-15. I have a big problem with connecting it properly as on p.8 of datasheet there are three styles of connection, which are very different from each other. Which style I should use? Same question about MPX5999D in case 867? Thank you in advance.

Hi Lucas,

The MPX2202A is a compensated pressure sensor with a differential output (+Vout and -Vout), so the pin description is as follows:

1 – GND

2 – +Vout

3 – Vs

4 – -Vout

The MPX599A is a fully integrated pressure sensor with a single ended output:

1 – Vout

2 – GND

3 – Vs

4 – V1

5 – V2

6 – VEX

V1, V2 and VEX pins are used for factory trimming and then they are laser cut. We recommend to leave these pins floating.

Regards,

Tomas
