MP3V5050GP Pressure Sensor Port Adapter

I am looking to use the MP3V5050GP Pressure Sensor in my design. Is anybody aware of an adapter for the sensor to allow for a larger tube connection to the port?

Try to look at the AN936, it provides some recommendations regarding port adapters.
