We ECU has the PSI5 1.3 version. I wonder if this sensor can directly implement synchronous parallel mode without PHY. Just like the picture says

the recommended connection for the MMA51xx sensors is daisy chain as in the Figure 25. in the MMA51xxKW datasheet. It is similar to your bus configuration with added discrete components. The recommended external components are in the Table below the Figure 1.
Please also refer to this document, where an application example for PSI5-P10P-500/3L compatible sensors is described.
