Please provide the recommended reflow profile temperature for sensor MPXH6115A6T1 - NXP (ex. Freescale). On the website it's only the peak temperature 250°C, but we need also the following details which could be found in reflow profile temperature graphic.

- Preheat temperatures.
- Preheat time
- Peak temperatures.
- Peak time.
- Ramp up/down
- Time above 200C

Regarding soldering recommendations please refer to our AN3150 - Soldering Recommendations for Pressure Sensor Devices.

The reflow temperature profile for this device must be in accordance with J-STD-020C standart.
