Hi all

Assuming all the assumptions from the Safety manuals are implemented,

what is the expected FIT for S32K11x when the Watchdog self test is not implemented?

Hi LT,

In the current FMEDA, which can be found at the following location (https://community.nxp.com/t5/SafeAssure-NDA-group/MCUs-MPUs-available-Functional-Safety-documents-Sa...), we haven’t claimed the FIT for WDog self-test. If you use WDog self-test, this will be covered: 3.66649E-11[This snap has been taken from S32K118 Core FMEDA]
