S32E288 Failure during execution of python script

Hi Nxp experts,

I created a new S32E288 M33 project on S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform Version: 3.6.7, then built and try to run it on S32 Debugger,

The RTD is

and I tested <Siul2_Dio_Ip_Example_S32E2XX_R52> too, got the same issue. Then I clicked the <Test Connection> on Debugger tab,  the SIul2 example project did the configuration generation. measured JTAG VTREF value, it's 3.297 V.

the E2 to JTAG connector, has a 33-ohm resistor on board,

Thanks for all the information. I will need to check if S32DS 3.6.7 works with RTD 2.0.1, the official supported version is 3.6.1:

However, following the AN12530, using 33 ohm resistors is not the best approach, the recommended connections shown in section 7 Example schematics show 0 ohm resistors in series:

Please try using 0 ohm resistors and let me know if the behavior changes.

If the problem persists, please share the state of the BOOTMOD pins in your board.

Thanks for the quick response, my coworker is looking into hardware, now seems the FS86 PMIC works not well.

You can check our recommendations for the FS86 in section 3.1 Power supply recommendation of the S32E HW Design Guidelines, also you can see how the S32E EVB is using the FS86 in the Design Files for the S32E288-975EVB.

Were you able to overcome the problem with the PMIC? From my side I was able to debug the Siul2_Dio_Ip_Example_S32Z2XX_SMU sample project in S32DS 3.6.7, using a S32Z280-594EVB. Therefore the software environment should not represent a problem.
