Hi NXP Technicians,
I tested the Deep-Sleep current in Deep-Sleep mode for IC-S32M276CHABMKHSR.
The input Voltage for VSUP is 12.0V, and the test is under room temperature(20degree).
The test result of Deep-Sleep current at VSUP is 96.8uA. But according to Datasheet, the current consumption should be below 66uA. (See attached Excel "information")
I also check the voltage status at the Deep-Sleep mode, only VPRE has voltage value of 6.64V, other system voltage of MCU is 0V.(See attached Excel "information")
The software setting of for Deep-Sleep mode is in the attachment.(See attached Excel "information")
The Schematic of this issue is also attached.
My question is how could I do to make the deep-sleep current to be equal or lower than the design value(<66uA) mentioned in the datasheet?
