When i use multlink unversal, the i2c can't work.

But when I use jlink or run it directly in flash, i2c can work properly.

Can u help me?

Hi @zyc0211 

As you can run the project using J-LINK the problem looks not to be related to the code. The debug configurations or the linker files could be the cause of it. Could you please test if, with an example code, you present the same behavior?

Also, verify if the PEmicro multilink universal is not damaged and is correctly connected.

The demo project present the same behavior.
Also, when i use Pemicro multilink universal debug the S32K144 demo board,the code run correctly.

Are there any hardware differences between the EVB and your prototype? Please check all connections and if necessary reconnect them.

Do you have more prototypes? If yes could you please test if the same behavior is also present?

I cannot easily determine the cause of the problem, let us try to discard a hardware problem. Please verify your hardware, you can use the hardware recommendations we provide in the application note AN5426: Hardware Design Guidelines for S32K1xx or refer to the EVB's schematics:
