I want to connect a Segger debugger (0.1" 20-pin Standard ARM debug connector) to the S32K3X4EVB-Q172 evalution board. This board only has a 20-pin Cortex Debug ETM+Trace connector (0.05'' 20-pin FTSH header).
Can you suggest an adapter/cable that I can use for this? The adapter from Segger (https://www.segger.com/products/debug-probes/j-link/accessories/adapters/19-pin-cortex-m-adapter/) does match the pin-out but contains a dead-pin (they also call it a 19-pin adapter):
Which cable/adapter can I use to connect a debugger to the S32K3X4EVB-Q172?

Hi Joost,
this should work, you just need to remove the dead-pin to be able to plug it in.
I use something similar (LA-3500 + LA7844 + these converters LA-3770) and there was also the same dead-pin which I removed:
