your customer needs to ask for access rights, the company must have NDA (non-disclosure agreement) signed with NXP. Please share the guide with him: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/nxp-secure-access-rights-registration.pdf
When the request for access is filled in and NDA posted accordingly, the responsible team will grant access to secure files for your customer.
