Hi,

I have some questions about standby mode of S32K324.

The background is system required MCU to stay in standby mode with some IO keeping the state when ECU enter into Sleep mode.

1. The user manual specify the "Pad Keeping" feature, how to find out which IO could support this feature?

2. How to get the information whether MCU undergo POR or waken up from standby mode?

3. During transition between Run mode and Standby mode, whether there was anything need to be taken care of, since it is not the standard function defined in the MCAL, if NXP have demo software for reference?

Thanks!

Hi@glacierm

1.The Standby domain pads can have pad keeping enabled or disabled based on pad availability in Standby mode.

(I guess that all IOs have the pad keeping feature, which can be enabled on the premise that it belongs to the Standby domain)

Hi @Senlent ,

Thanks for your reply.

1. What's the scope of Standby domain ?

2. Regarding to peripherals, whether they can be configured to keep active or not, what about the current consumption?
