The SW32K3xx_S32DS_3.5.0_D2303.zip have been installed alrady , but i can't find the relate module. And i cannt find the relate examples.

I think the lwip module haven't been installed successfully, but i don't konw how resolve it
I reinstalled all the softwares and add the S32K39X pack , the TCP/IP pack can install successfully

it seems files used are proper one. Try to check if you see stack folder within installation
Maybe you can try to uninstall tcpip stacks you have and install it again following steps given in chapter 6.4 Installation of TCP/IP Stack package over RTD of the stack release note.
