about the S32K314 ETHERNET application question
1. The network module of the IC contains 1 Ethernet unit and 6 CAN channels. For the peripheral circuit design of this IC, is it necessary to use other independent transceiver IC to transmit the Tx and Rx signals of the S32K314 to the host computer?

Hi,
Yes, for the S32K314 microcontroller, which includes 1 Ethernet unit and 6 CAN channels, you do need external transceiver ICs to interface with the physical layer of both Ethernet and CAN communication.

For ethernet PHYs, NXP offers just Automotive PHYs (IEEE BASE-T1 compliant); https://www.nxp.com/products/interfaces/ethernet-/automotive-ethernet-phys:ETHERNET-TRANSCEIVERS
