Hi,all

In my opinion, if it were not for the POR and Standby modes, the data in the RAM should be retained in the destructive reset. The data was also retained in our tests.
We need to use destructive reset, but the manual describes functional reset retention, so we're not sure if there's a risk.

    Thank you for you help。
    In the startup.s of RTD4,0,0, initializing standby RAM is determined by whether it is POR or not. If the manual description is correct, is this operation risky?
