We have seen similar issues reported by other users, and in some cases, the problem was solved by enabling the "Mem Synchronize Cache" feature in the C40_Ip driver using ConfigTools.
Additionally, it is important to ensure that the clock ratios between domains are correctly configured. For this, we recommend carefully following the guidelines provided in the System Clocking Configurations chapter of the S32K3 Reference Manual.
