Hello, may I ask if the CHF bit will still be set to 1 when the FTM module triggers an interrupt event in VLPS mode .

Hi @chuanlin,

The FTM is not a wakeup source.

Hello, during testing, it was found that the FTM module can still be set to CHF after about 20ms of sleep for the first time. Is this a chip feature?

Hi @chuanlin,

FTM is not supported in VLPS and should be disabled before the MCU enters VLPS, we can't guarantee FTM functionality in VLPS.
