Dear Experts,
The max value of VIL for the external OSC changed from "0.35*VDD" to "1.15" in the DS(Rev.6 to Rev.14).
Why do the change, any considerations?
It seems that using the VDD=3.3V to get the max VIL, that is 0.35 * 3.3 = 1.15V.
But,
as we know, the S32K1xx works between 2.7~5.5V, so the 1.15 is rather strict when VDD= 2.7V, but relatively loose when VDD= 5.5V.
This is where I'm confused. Why is the MAX VIL wroten as a fixed value 1.15 in the DS?
