I have a question about S32K148 QSPI:

I configured the QSPI clock, but I measured using the oscilloprobe, it is noise wave.

Any point need to be cared?

Have you refer the qspi_external_flash_s32k148 in S32SDK S32K1xx RTM v3.0.0 Example Projects?

If you are using S32K148EVB, are you measure the QSPI_A_SCK at pin6 of U508?

Have you change the hardware according to the description of External Flash over QuadSPI?

Can you describe the configuration in detail? Maybe you can screenshot your configuration of clock and QSPI.

I am not using the EVB, but the configuration is same with the example.

If the external flash is same with the EVB, and the external flash requires 3.3V.

If the MCU is 5V, is it OK in CLK signal?

I am afraid you can't connect 5V signal to MX25L6433FM2R-08G.

Have you tested whether it can communicate through QSPI under the condition of 3.3V power supply S32K148? 

Or refer to S32K148EVB to use Bidirectional Voltage-Level Translator.
