S32DS PEmicro debug

My MCU is FS32K144HAT0MLHT.  and I use PEmicro  to debug, but I found there is not FS32K144HAT0MLHT when I select device,  just have S32K144F512M15, S32K144F512M150N77P and S32K144WF512M8.                    I selected S32K144F512M15 and when I debugging, to check the value of variable, it said error target not available

I use S32DS for ARM 2.2.  but how can I import FS32K144HAT0MLHT device.
