S32DS 3.5 Activate failed

Hello,  When I installed 32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.5 to activate the activation code, An Error sending anactivation request to a remote activation server and processing there sulting occurred Response. (FNPerror50040, 41147102, 50), I downloaded this software before, but installed an incompatible RTM package, resulting in the software can not open ，then uninstall, don't know whether I didn't delete clean, install again has been stuck in this place doesn't go up，I can confirm that activation code is right, have tried the online and offline installation, all can't，If anyone has encountered this problem, I hope you could help comment on it

hi, Thank you for your reply. I couldn't use the 3.5 software after installing an inappropriate

package, so I re-downloaded the software, but couldn't activate it again. I attached the installation log on it, you can have a look.

Did you uninstall previous S32DS v3.5 first with Uninstall S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.5.exe executable? Located in c:\NXP\S32DS.3.5.11\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.5_installation\ folder?

There were two files that couldn't be installed when I installed RTM4.0.2, but they could be installed before I reinstalled the S32DS

It looks that your project is based on older S32DS version, but it depends on which one. Assuming that your target device is S32K1xx . If So and you have an older project, I suggest to use S32DS v3.4 which has better support for S32K1xx devices.

with what S32DS version was your project originally created? It is possible share the project? What is target device?

I'm sorry that the project cannot be sent to you. Can you ask why this path is invalid? How should it be changed
