Problem with my Kit MCSPTE1AK344

Hi,
I can´t move my motor of Kit. I debug my project and the application run well but when I try running the interfaz in freemaster, I have problems. I debug the example of project "MCSPTE1AK344_PMSM_FOC_2Sh_ll_Debug_FLASH_PNE [GDB PEMicro Interface Debugging]" and then I run the interfaz of freemaster but my led is red always. I send you different pictures with the problems. When I puss the botton on it´s change to off all time.

Please make sure DEVKIT-MOTORGD is properly coupled to the evaluation board, and the motor is properly connected.

On the other hand, please let me know the whole picture:

• Are you using the power supply and the motor included in the MCSPTE1AK344?
• Did you purchase the kit together or the components separately?
• Which evaluation board do you have, the S32K3X4EVB-T172 or S32K3X4EVB-Q172?
• Please an screenshot of your "Installation Details", which you can find in "Help" tab of S32DS.
• Are you working with the MCSPTE1AK344-SW Rev 1.2?
• Did you change any parameters?

Hi,

1. I am using the power supply and the motor included in the MCSPTE1AK344.

2. I bought all kit with all components. 

3. I have S32K3X4EVB-Q172.

4. The S32 install details:

5. When I connect the motor and I load the project, I have 3 problems at now. (Ia, Ib and Udcb HI as this botton is blinking)

6. Tell me if I have to change some parameter because I have always the led red.

Moreover, when I load my project in S32 Design Studio and I open the interfaz in freemaster,  led is always red and I have this error:

If this your last try. Now seems that you only have the fault "Udcb HI". This tell us that you are using a different power supply, please try with a 12V power supply first:

I am loading the program but I have anothers errors. I need to finish this project soon so I don´t know if ypu can help me. I send you different pictures about the kit and about the freemaster:

Regarding your photo…

Please place the NXP plate again, as removing it changes the inertia. If you remove it, you'll need to configure the parameters yourself.

On the other hand, it seems you're not reading the current signals properly. Please check continuity in the current sensing signals from the EVB to the DEVKIT-MOTORGD, checking the design files for both boards.
