Problem regarding mscr register issue in S32K SDK version 4

Hi NXP team, 

I've made a complimentary PWM program for S32K344 microcontroller in the version 3 SDK for the same. But, when I'm opening the project in version 4 of the same SDK, it is giving an error that the "MSCR register value is not set in the pins tool". The error message is given below.

I would like to know about where I can set the MSCR value in the pins configuration tool. 

P.S.: Can you also guide me in opening my entire version 3 made project in a version 4 SDK without the compiler giving any errors? It would really save my time in making the entire project again in the new version.

it is possible share your working project for RTM v3.0.0? I'll try to figure out how to migrate it in RTM v4.0.0
