"Config->MaxAllowableIDDchange" indicates that Maximum variation of current per time (mA/microsec).
"CLOCK_IP_DYNAMIC_IDD_CHANGE" indicates that variation of current per MHZz(microA / MHz).
"Config->StepDuration * Config->MaxAllowableIDDchange" indicates the variation of current.
Why CLOCK_IP_DIVIDE_BY_100000 is 100,000 not 1,000,000?
