Hi,

the ADC provides three external decode signals ADCn_MA[2:0] which it uses to select one channel out of eight in the external analog multiplexers. There can be a maximum of four such multiplexers used to connect the 32 external channels. Multiplexers are connected to ADCn_X[3:0]  pins. The ADC automatically sets the decode signals to control these external analog multiplexers, based on the current channel selected for conversion.
