Not able to test S32K142 Lin Slave sample code

Hi

I am using S32K142EVB Evaluation Board – REV.

I am unable to communicate Lin slave example code (both lin_slave_baremetal_s32k142 and lin_slave_s32k142).

Please let me know the Hardware connection and necessary Software changes to make it work (for lin_slave_baremetal_s32k142 example code).

Hi @sivaEmbitel,

the lin_slave_baremetal_s32k142 example works with the lin_master_baremetal_s32k142 example.

If you have two boards, you can connect them via LIN and communicate.

This is explained in the description of the two examples, please find the description in the S32DS installation directory

I am able to test the sample code after some workaround between J4 and J6 instead of J5 and J6

J6-9 (\b PTD6) - J4-5 (\b PTC8)  ----- Rx pin

J6-11 (\b PTD7) - J4-7 (\b PTC9) ------ Tx pin
