Hi @hemanths
As you know SIUL2 supports one to 32 external interrupts allocated to pads by the chip.
You can find which pin can be configured for external interrupt at the S32K344_Input Muxing tab of the S32K344_S32K324_S32K314_IOMUX file attached to the RM, there are shown all the pines that can be used for each interrupt.
