Step 3: SW32K3_IPCF_3.4.0_D2112_ReleaseNotes.pdf Document cannot be opened

please use one thread. You have three treads related to the same stuff.
So, the reason why you can't open release_notes pdf file is that the file is corrupted. Original SW32K3_IPCF_3.4.0_D2112_ReleaseNotes.pdf file has 265 800 bytes (in attachment). Your file has 49k.
As I said IPCF v3.4.0 is NOT compatible with S32DS v3.5:
Please use older S32DS version or newer IPCF version.
