How to use the FSLACC(Factory Failure Analysis Access Code) field in FSEC of S32K144 MCU

   Hi, all

   I can find only few description of FSLACC in S32K-RM.pdf. I only know we can access the flash memory if the chip is secure and this field is enable. But, I don't know what hardware tools and what software applications I need.

   anyone can tell me?

Hi,

These bits enable or disable access to the locked flash memory contents during returned part failure analysis at
NXP factory.
