Hi Team, I have a doubt that what is the status of the S32K144 when initially it got power 

is it High with 3.3V or grounded

Hi @ramesh3178,

The default out-of-reset PORT_PCR configuration of all the pins is specified in the IO_Signal_Description_Input_Multiplexing.xlsx, IO Signal Table, Column U (Reset).

Almost all the pins are in HI-Z state, and they remain in the state until they are reconfigured by the application.
