Hi,
I'm working with MCU S32K148 and I can Debug properly with PE_MultiLink Programmer but when I use Cyclone FX with the same cables (10Pin SWD) It says cant communicate with target.
for both case MCU is get power independently and I haven't use jumper in Cyclone.
What problem can it have.

PORT A of Cyclone FX and PORT G of Multilink look the same.
Have you installed the latest software and drivers for Cyclone FX?
Have you tried using other IDEs, for example, can S32DS be debugged with Cyclone FX?
By the way, Cyclone FX usage issues can submit a technical service request to PEMicro.
