Differences in tool availability between Automotive SW Package Manager and NXP Design Product List

Hello,

Why are there differences in the availability of tools and RTD libraries in Automotive SW Package Manager and NXP Design Product List?
For example, in Automotive SW Package Manager there is S32 Design Studio 3.5.3:



and in NXP Design Product List there is S32 Design Studio 3.6.6:



Which version do you recommend we use?

In Automotive Software Package Manager, the bundles consist of specific software versions that have been tested together to ensure proper functionality for certain implementations; for example, HVBMS and other application packages. These bundles are provided as a set of validated software components designed to work reliably as a group.

On the other hand, the content available on https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com includes all released software versions, not only the validated bundles.

If you are just starting your application, we always recommend using the most recent software versions.

Also, you can check each software’s release notes to see which dependencies it has and which versions it has been tested with. This will help ensure compatibility and reduce integration issues.
