BusFault: A precise (synchronous) data access error has occurred in S32K312, in RTC initialized

I met a fault when initial RTC using mcal

BusFault: A precise (synchronous) data access error has occurred.
Possible BusFault location: 0x40288004.
HardFault: A fault has been escalated to a hard fault. 

If I run the program directly, everything is OK

but when i run the program from boot, the program crashed in line 475, the fault is above.

the chip is S32K312

can anybody help?

We are working on S32K322.

We are also facing same issue in Clock_Ip_SetRtcRtccClksel_TrustedCall()

What could be the possible reasons of failing?

 I am getting hard Fault while running S32K144W MCAL CAN example.
