I am working on the NXPS32G3 where I am performing integration testing for the BIST module where my query is:
How to disable the reset domains?
How to do the faults injection in BIST module?
Do I need to do the configurations for Bist in EB tresos again as I am able to see the recommended configuration in Bist_SpecificCfg_S32G.c file which is provided by NXP?
Recommended configurations are given in S32G_Bist_Configurations.xlsx for BIST configs (S32G399A) provided by nxp.
I am attaching the screenshot for test procedure which I want to perform.
