From the snapshot you shared, seems the LLCE-CANs are required, in order to use it, you may firstly install the LLCE package to the S32DS, which could be found under software manager:
https://www.nxp.com/app-autopackagemgr/automotive-software-package-manager:AUTO-SW-PACKAGE-MANAGER
Once installed, the following example could be found:
It could be used for your reference of using the CAN function from LLCE.
