S32G2 - How to enable the GMAC driver ( devnp-dwceqos.so) in QNX ?

Hi,

We are trying to enable GMAC on the NXP S32G2 RDB2 board, on QNX. However, we are getting the error that the driver (devnp-dwceqos.so) is unable to load.

The command used to attach the driver with qnx network management is "io-pkt-v6-hc -d dwceqos"

Error log in slog2info:

The OS version: qnx7.1

BSP: BSP_nxp-s32g-evb_br-710_be-710_SVN941162_JBN31

Please help us to get the solution

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are able to up the GMAC0 port. But, IP address not getting assigned using dhcp. Attached screenshot having commands used (marked in blue) and IP address is not assigned ( marked in red). Is it due to PHY not configured properly ?.

Hi,

As said before, if the problem is related to QNX, we recommend to reach QNX online services on this regard.

As if the problem is the GMAC, have you tried the BSP provided by NXP? Are you having the same problem of the IP not being assigned with DHCP?
