Hello NXP,

These days I try to use PWM capture function of S32G3. PWM output is OK. But PWM capture doesn't work.

root@ubuntu-s32g399ardb3:/sys/devices/platform/soc/402e4000.pwm/pwm/pwmchip6/pwm0# cat capture
cat: capture: Function not implemented

So, How can I use pwm capture in linux application? thanks!

We do apologize for the delay.

We have the following update from our internal team:

"The PWM capture feature is not supported at this moment. I also didn't find any plan to implement this feature in S32G software offering schedule.

However, the S32G FlexTimer(FTM) support pin input capture (on rising edges, falling edges or both edges), customers could implement this feature through their own code."

Please, let us know.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback.

It may seem that the driver being used might not have the capture function integrated into it.

Let us confirm this situation with our internal team.

Please, let us know.
