Differences between app_flash and example bin S32

Hello,

I'm using S32 DS to test gptp example and I have a quesiton relate the generate file, when I run debug_Flash to flash in NVM from S32 GUI in windows I see two options:

• app_flash
  
  
• Use file : example_gptp.elf

what's the different ??
