How to create project from scratch using S32_SDK_RTM_4.0.3 and design studio for s32 platform 3.5 ?

I have kit for s32k146 100 pin IC. i am trying to create new project from scratch. it is not happening.

when i create project i cant see SDK selection. i also have S32_SDK_S32K1xx_RTM_4.0.1 version.

i tried using GNU 6.3 Toolchain or GNU 9.2. the project created doesnt let me open config tool or reconfigure it, i see following error in config tool.

I Followed same link but i cannot see Select SDK window/step

it directly create project

Could you share the step-by-step of how you are creating your project?
You could also help me by checking if the SDK appears in Help -> Installation Details.
