i am using s32k344.
and i am setting to pins by configuration tool.
at first, i set pta4 for using gpio pin. (PTA4)
and i set jtag about swd_dio pin (PTA4)
that has on choice one for using swd_dio pin.
1. why configuration tool has a option for using gpio pin(pta4) for using not jtag_swd_dio? because jtag_swd_dio pin is used only one.(pta4).
2. i will using a jtag. can i know how jtag set at s32ds configuration tool. just does jtag be check in s32ds configuration tool?

A2: 82.12.1 Debug port and pin descriptions
The pads to which the debug signals are mapped operate using the JTAG functionality out of reset but can later be reassigned to their alternate functionalities. TDI and TDO can operate as alternate GPIO functions. See this table for pin assignments in different modes.
If you do not configure the JTAG pins in the S32 Configuration Tool, these pins will default to the JTAG function.
