s32 design studio installation problem

I'm trying to install design studio, but after inserting the activation ID it fail and unroll the installation

I think the activation ID is correct.

I attached the installation log to the email.

this is the firest error in the log:

I finally was able to activate s32ds1.3.

After I activated the sd 1.2 the 1.3 installer started working

Thanks for this report.

Do you install S32DS from an admin account?

I asked the team to check your .log file.
