runtime error at 216 at 0328A5D6 is issue in software or hardware??

When I am flashing program in microcontroller using PE micro debugger we get the following error i.e.runtime error at 216 and GDB is terminated so we can't flash the program in controller.Please solve the issue

i also have same problem i use flash driver setting process flash init -> erase -> programming -> read process that access after dont work flash debugging another board can do.
another board can use. i want to enforce flash reset and setting it will be fine. but i also, custom board, so i dont find how to reset this flash. flash tool dosen`t match com port i want to help too.

Which NXP EVB are you using? Is it the S32K142EVB-Q100? If so, this device is 100-pin package. From the image you attached, it appears you are trying to program with a project for the 64-pin package device.

unfortunately we used s32 118k custom board. do u say another comments?
