There is a problem installing S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1_UP9.zip

Problems will occur when installing S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1_UP9.zip.
Please tell me how to respond.

I have the same problem.

I have tried with both online and offline methods described in the link: (https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-342805).

Also, I have tried to uninstall S32 Design Studio for ARM Version 2018.R1 then reinstalled it then tried both methods for UP9.zip again, but I still have the same problem shown below.

Not sure what else can be tried?

I uninstalled "S32 Design Studio for ARM Version 2018.R1" and installed it again.
Run "Help -> Install New Software -> Add -> Archive -> S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1_UP8.zip".

Run "Help -> Install New Software -> Add -> Archive -> S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1_UP9.zip".

Hi Ryoi,

First please make sure you installed the latest S32DS for arm 2018.R1: 

S32 Design Studio for ARM 2018.R1 (Windows/Linux) released! 

and then use online or offline  method (described in the document) to install Update 9

There has been an issue with online update method reported recently but it should be fixed now.

Hi, 

is in your S32DS_ARM_v2.0 directory installed S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1? By default latest S32DS version uses as home folder S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1.
