you are installing update offline? It looks that you are using updates for S32DS for ARM in S32DS for Vision. S32DS for Vision is not supporting S32K1xx and KEA devices. If you like to use S32K1xx - please download S32DS for ARM v2018.R1 - https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-340190
