S32DS v2.0 remote search

In S32DS v1.3 "remote search" was available.

In S32DS v2.0 "remote search" not available in search menu?

Some help for for remote search in S32ds v2.0?

Hi Lutz,

FYI: You can install this feature from "general purpose tools" section of Neon update repository.

1) Open Help | Install New Software | Available Software Sites
2) Enable "Neon http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon"
3) Install "Remote System Explorer End-User Runtime"
4) Disable "Neon http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon" to avoid extra "Update Available" notifications.

after installation and reboot you can find the remote search in IDE:

Hello Lutz,

Thanks for pointing us to this issue.

Indeed the latest version of S32DS for ARM (2.0) and S32DS for Power (2017.R1) are missing the feature.

I've logged the request to add "remote search" back to the S32DS layout.

If there is no problem it should be added into the next coming update/release.
