Hi all,

I have to install the license offline. I get the activation.xml from my account -> licensing offline activation, and unfortunately during the installation in the java popup, the following message appears:"Invalid offline response, Response Type".

Is it a known issue ?

Could you possibly try to check if the online activation method works on your side?

We have just published hot fix that should fix the offline activation problem.

We are currently experiencing some problems with activation code generation. (so the problem is not on your side)

Our licensing team is working on a fix.

I'll send out the official release announcement as soon as the problem is resolved (assume system is up and running in a day or so).
