error during installation (S32DS for PA 1.1)

Hello,

My customer faced an error during installation (S32DS for PA 1.1).

The error message was like below and it was same when we tried both On-line activation and Off-line activation.

Would you please share with me how to solve this problem?

Apologize about inconveniences.

I've checked the activation transactions on the server side and it indicates activation has been successful (2016-10-03 7:50PM).

Can you please check with the customer if he is up and running now?

Error crating activation handle is typically caused by installer running without admin rights.
