S32DS for Arm 2.2 activation not possible

Hello,

today I opened my S32DS for Arm 2.2 and I tells me my license is missing.

It's a bit weird because I used it yesterday without an issue.

I tried to activate it with my activation code from my NXP Software Account.

But I'm getting the notification: Your Software Activation Code is for another feature. Do you want to return it?

The same notification is shown for online and offline activation.

I checked my NXP Software Account it is the correct activation code, it is not expired (expiration date april 2026) and I have plenty available licenses.

Could you please help me?

after retrying the activation for about 8 times it worked.

The whole time I used the same activation code.

I had the same issue with other versions of the S32DS as well.

Could it be there is a problem, when more than one version is installed?
