S32DS _PA_v2.1 problem installing

Hello all,

I try to install S32DS_PA_V2.1 after expiration the license, but without success.

After inserting the activation code using offline activation appears popup:

NO S32DS_PA_v2.1 license found on your computer.

Is somebody knows how I can resolve this problem?
