Hi Albert,

We have the solution. It appears it is an issue with the Eclipse cache relative to this RTD package. Please delete the following directories and try again. It should resolve this issue for you. It worked in my case.

<Install Dir>\S32DS.3.4\eclipse\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core\cache\

<Install Dir>\S32DS.3.4\eclipse\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository\cache\

Please try it and let us know the result.

Best Regards,

Mike

Hi Albert,

I was able to reproduce the issue on my end. It appears to be a problem with the update server. I will report this to the responsible team. They should fix it by tomorrow.

Best Regards,

Mike

Hello Albert,

Could you check your workspace directory for a file named '.log'. It should be located like follows: "C:\Users\Public\workspaceS32DS.3.4\.metadata\.log". In place of public, it may be your user id.

If you could share this file, there should be some entries that provide more details on the issue.

Best Regards,

Mike
