S32 Design Studio not able to install platform tools package

Hello,
I am not able to install S32 Design Studio Platform Tools package on my S32 DS 3.5 version. 

I am getting the below error

Hi, 

Typically the Platform Tools Package should be updated from already installed packages. It is basic part of S32DS. Other packages in Installed tab are updated to latest version?

I am trying to install R41 package.

This package includes the tools package and I get the same error while installing via this package.

I reinstalled DS3.4 and I was able to download R41 package. Thank you.
